Where can I find the Dresden Files without DRM?
I took a look at Amazon's page for Cold Days, and it didn't have the line:

I don't know how to tell if an ebook from B&N has DRM, but in absence of something that indicates no DRM, I assume that it has DRM.
There are a few exceptions to this with specific publishers. Those publishers are Baen, Tor, and smashwords (all of which say they don't sell books with DRM).
Why do I want the ebooks without DRM?
I use multiple distributions of Linux, none of which have a native ebook reader from Amazon/Barnes and Noble. Also, I use calibre for ebook management and prefer fbreader on Android to Nook/Kindle applications. They do have readers for common internet browsers, but that assumes an internet connection when I want to read something.
PLEASE NOTE: Don't suggest The Pirate Bay. Yes, they have DRM free ebooks (illegally). However, I would prefer to purchase the books without DRM in the first place. Also, don't suggest removing the DRM. I know how to (with calibre), but under current United States law that is illegal.
Definitions/Explanations
DRM: Digital Rights Management -- prevents an ebook from being shared/pirated. Very ineffective.
Linux: Similar to Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows. Works better than Windows for me.
TLDR: If you know of a legal ebook retailer where I can get the series without DRM, I would appreciate a link, and an explanation of what to look for to show that it doesn't have DRM.

EDIT: A couple of people have suggested dead tree (paper) copies. I just happen to prefer ebooks because I'm in college, and its much easier to transport books that are in electronic form than books that are in paper form. I can only take so much stuff with me on a plane, after all.
